  Clean rooms, reasonably close to the sea without the first line price tag; free WiFi throughout the hotel area, somewhat slow though. Very satisfied, we're visiting it for the second time this year.

  The hotel guests are of all nationalities and I'm sure you get a good deal if you go for the all inclusive package, even though we decided not to. We had a couple of meals there and it was absolutely satisfying.

  But on the upside they have an amazing pool which fit all ages, from literally newborns (the smallest one is heated) to teens. They have a really cool playground with activities and a dedicated staff who seem to actually enjoy working with kids.

  And I can't understand why they would spend money on noisy (and in my opinion lousy) shows when there are many hundred families with small children who are trying to get them to sleep...

  We chose this mainly because it seemed perfect for kids. And it truly is from early morning until about 9 pm. That's when the kids show ends and the adult entertainment starts.

  Just stayed for 11 nights for the second year running. Great hotel with really great staff! Would highly recommend for families who love a holiday in the sun!

  Very nice hotel in the common areas. Our room (Royal Terrace) was not very well maintained. The air condition barely kept the temperature around 22 degrees, but not in the sleeping room. The jacuzzi was leaking and green of algae. Reporting this to staff only resulted in them refilling the jacuzzi. No cleaning, no fixing. The staff is very friendly, the distance to the beach is perfect. The terrace facing the national park is very wet from condensation in the morning, and has no sun before 11AM (first week of October). The sun is setting at 7PM, perfect condition at this time of year.
